Solution:

Directory for /opt/PolicyDirector/conf/srvtam.conf and /opt/PolicyDirector/conf/keystore_srvtam.ks must exist:


cd /opt/PolicyDirector/
mkdir conf
chown ivmgr:ivmgr conf
